Services

Calculated Intuition LLC provides digital engineering services including design, documentation, data systems, AI tooling, and digital products. All deliverables are digital files. We do not provide on-site services.

Engagements

Each engagement is governed by a separate Statement of Work or service agreement agreed upon in writing before work begins. The contact form on this website is an inquiry tool, not a binding contract.

Intellectual property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, deliverables produced by Calculated Intuition LLC are the property of the client upon full payment. We retain the right to use non-confidential work for portfolio purposes unless the client requests otherwise.

Confidentiality

We do not publicly disclose client names, project details, or proprietary information without written consent.

Limitation of liability

Calculated Intuition LLC's liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific engagement in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, USA.
